Assembly Supervisor
Principle responsibilities
- Demonstrably maintain and actively promote company policy, standards and strategy
- Demonstrably operate as a member of the Marl Organisational Team
- Sustain and improve upon overall company and specific departmental targets as defined in the Marl Corporate Strategy
Duties
- Ensure all orders are manufactured on time, to the correct quality standard and as efficiently as possible, by means of kit checks, critical inspections and general supervision.
- Develop staff by means of coaching and, where appropriate, formal training.
- Seek operational improvements to quality and efficiency.
- Maintain Company standards of discipline amongst staff as required.
- Monitoring of staff punctuality, attendance and holidays.
- Maintenance of Company Procedures for the above functions.
- Additional duties as required by the Production Manager.

Stores Supervisor
Principle responsibilities

Duties
- Control stock of finished stock and raw material by means of Sage MRP. Measure and report stock value.
- Ensure all orders are kitted on time, to the correct quality standard and as efficiently as possible, by means of kit checks and general supervision.
- Maintain integrity of stock records in Sage by control and use of cycle counting.
- Plan for and carry out annual stock take as required by the Financial Controller.
- Seek improvements to stock control and usage by working closely with the Purchasing Department.
- Provide cover of Production deliveries and capacity as and when required.
- Develop staff by means of coaching and, where appropriate, formal training.
- Maintenance of Company Procedures for the above functions.
- Additional duties as required by the Production Manager.
