This month we turned our Spotlight on Jarek Bitner, Administration Assistant for our Accounts Department.
Jarek has been with Marl for over a year and started his Marl career in Stores, where he was responsible for kitting orders for the Production Department and SMT Centre, and worked with our Purchasing team collating parts required for orders.
Jarek moved across to the Accounts Department where his role includes liaising with customers and processing invoices and statements; Jarek is also a point of contact for visitors to Marl Business Park.
When he is not in the office Jarek enjoys being active, and particularly likes playing football and swimming.

I always start the day by checking my emails to bring me up to date and ensure I respond to customer queries as quickly as possible. Following that I liaise with customers to discuss payment dates, check statements, and process invoices.
I've enjoyed gaining knowledge of my role in Accounts and becoming part of the Accounts team.
