Consultation
Many of our clients have highly specific and complex lighting requirements. When we first discuss your project, we’ll listen carefully to understand your needs.
We can discuss your requirements virtually, via conference call, or meet face to face by either travelling to you or welcoming you to our manufacturing facilities. You'll meet with our team of specialist designers and engineers who will get to know your requirements on a granular level.
From there, we’ll explore a range of design and build approaches that offer quality and best value for money.
We have the accreditations necessary to work alongside clients in highly-regulated industries like defence and rail.
Updates & Feedback
When you work with us, you’ll receive regular updates, designs and prototypes, giving you plenty of opportunities to offer detailed feedback.
We want to make sure that our clients are never in the dark about the way a project is progressing. For that reason, we work in close collaboration with you and your team.
While MARL provides innovative lighting systems, you are the expert in your given industry. By working collaboratively, we can share knowledge to achieve the best possible results.
We operate an open-door policy for our clients, so if you want to visit our facilities for a project update, you can. We can often refine designs and prototypes on the same day as your visit.
Installation support
Where it’s needed, our team will assist with the installation of our lighting and indication systems. We can accommodate tight timeframes; we have worked through the night to ensure projects are delivered on time.
The installation process is delivered to detailed specifications, so you can be confident that every product is fitted correctly with minimal need for maintenance.

We see your project through until you are happy. We don’t stop at satisfactory and follow up with you even after our projects are delivered.
