What do you do at MARL?

My role within Production is to organise and delegate orders to the operators, making sure orders are manufactured on time and to the quality standards expected. I support the operatives when needed to achieve this, give training where appropriate and facilitate any needs the team may have to complete their orders on time.

I think I bring a calmness to production when needed and I am always willing to help people.

 

What’s the best thing about working at MARL?

One of the best things about working at MARL is the variety of work but ultimately, it’s the team I work alongside - they are amazing!

 

Outside of work, what do you do for fun?

Sewing, jigsaws, walking, spending time with family and friends.

 

What’s your favourite song?

The Rose.

 

What’s your favourite TV Show or movie?

The Sound of Music.

 

What’s a little known secret you’re willing to reveal?

I would have loved to be a midwife.
