We were fascinated by the story about bioluminescent plankton washing up in the waves at a beach in Cork back in August.
Not only were we interested in the amount of bioluminescent plankton that was on the beach at the time; but also the public reaction to it, with many people going out to the beach during the night to go and see it. We are in no doubt that this would be the reaction of many of the Marl team should bioluminescent plankton ever wash up on the shores of the beaches in South Lakeland and the Furness Peninsula - especially as it appears to be "Marl" blue!
